Arbitration agreement

between the contract parties:

The contract parties hereby agree that disputes resulting from the

contract of ...............................................

with a value in dispute of less than 50,000 euros, will be adjudged in accordance with the simplified arbitration proceedings

and

with a value in dispute exceeding 50,000 euros will be adjudged in accordance with the regular arbitration proceedings

without recourse to courts of law by the

Court of arbitration for private construction law in Germany.

The conferring of a mandate upon the court of arbitration takes place on the

legal basis of the arbitration code (overleaf)
